Hourly In-Home Care or 24/7 Live in care
Eventually, most of the senior population will need help with activites of daily living. Home care is often the first choice for senior assistance.
ECW offers non-medical at-home scheduled care for the elderly.
A Care Consultant will work with you to create an agreed upon customized care plan and monthly schedule. We arrange interviews with 2 to 3 caregivers and encourage family participation in the selection process. Our caregivers are professional caregivers and give companionship, and 1on1 interaction to reduce isolation and loneliness. After a caregiver has been selected, a care manager will follow up with personal un-announced visits and phone calls to ensure your expectations are met.
The caregivers provided are well trained and experienced:
- HHA: home health assistants
- CNA: certified nurse assistants
- non-medical Home Companions
Caregivers are bonded, insured, back-ground checked and trained in First Aid, CPR, and Food Handling. References are available upon request.
Scheduled at-home hourly care
In-Home Care can be scheduled at your loved one's primary residence, hospital, nursing home, or assisted living facility.

Easy Tracking
We use innovative technology for easy and accurate billing information. Caregivers call our electronic billing system through a toll free number using the senior's home phone at the beginning and end of the care visit. This verifies our caregiver is calling from the client's home location and automatically records dates, times, caregiver and client information. This eliminates timesheets, signatures and calculation errors.
24/7 AT-HOME CARE SERVICES
24 hour live-in care to your private household. Assistance is provided whenever needed. It's very important for caregivers to also be rested and take time to care for themselves in order to avoid burn-out. We have a system for providing a primary live in caregiver and a relief caregiver.
